About the Role

Lead high-performance digital campaigns for property investors, buyers and HNWIs.

Campaigns

Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram and other paid campaigns
Build retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages

Leads & Funnel

Generate high-quality property investor and buyer leads
Track and optimize the complete marketing-to-sales funnel
Work closely with Sales and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions

Budget & Performance

Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and ROI
Analyze campaign, audience and creative performance

Tracking & Automation

Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM and conversion tracking
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and reporting

Requirements

Real estate + Performance Marketing experience is essential.

Proven experience in Dubai/UAE real estate marketing
Strong experience generating property investor and buyer leads
Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience managing paid advertising budgets
Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics
Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CRM
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Strong communication, problem-solving and ownership skills

Travel: One return air ticket upon completion of every 2 years of service, as per company policy
