Gaurav Aidasani, Founder and Managing Director of Union Square House, named in Entrepreneur Middle East's 100 Real Estate Agents 2026

Gaurav Aidasani, Founder and Managing Director of Union Square House, has been named in Survival of the Fittest: 100 Agents Driving UAE's Property Market Resilience — Entrepreneur Middle East's first-ever ranking of the brokers, founders and dealmakers moving the UAE real estate industry forward.

He enters the list at #58. The special edition was published in August 2026.

What Entrepreneur Middle East said

Gaurav Aidasani is Founder and Managing Director of Union Square House, a Dubai real estate firm he has built over two decades into a premium property specialist. Under his leadership, the company recorded nearly AED4.5 billion in sales in 2023 alone, with continued expansion into new communities and Abu Dhabi.

Why this list exists

Entrepreneur Middle East built the ranking around a specific moment. Dubai's property market has entered a phase of consolidation: buyers are more cautious, transaction timelines have lengthened, and competition among brokerages has intensified. The publication's framing was blunt — the challenge is not demand disappearing, it is confidence being disrupted, and smaller agencies are expected to struggle.

Against that backdrop, the list set out to identify the agents and advisors actually restoring confidence and closing deals. Four criteria decided placement:

  • Track record and consistency — sustained performance across market cycles, not one standout year.
  • Scale and complexity of deals closed — the size and difficulty of transactions, including multi-asset and institutional mandates.
  • Industry standing — reputation among developers, regulators and peers across the UAE.
  • Real impact — measurable effect on the firm, its clients and the communities it operates in.

Entrepreneur Middle East has stated the list is independent editorial: no one was contacted to pay for inclusion or told in advance they would be featured, and images and bios were sourced from publicly available material.

Two decades in Dubai real estate

Gaurav Aidasani founded Union Square House in 2010, coming into property from a finance background. The firm is now a RERA-licensed, DLD-registered brokerage covering sales, leasing, off-plan and property management across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, holding top-partner rankings from Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas and Tilal Al Ghaf.

This is the second time Entrepreneur Middle East has profiled the company. The first was a founder feature on Gaurav Aidasani, built around a line that still describes how the business is run: if there is no limit in this industry, why am I limiting myself?

What it means for clients

A ranking is a signal, not a service. What sits behind it is the thing that matters when you are choosing who handles a seven-figure decision: consultants who show you DLD comparables, service-charge figures and realistic net yield before you commit, rather than after.

If you are buying, selling or investing in Dubai property, speak to an advisor — or browse current listings and off-plan launches.
